Welcome to TrueRituals! The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to TrueRituals. TrueRituals operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). TrueRituals is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (the "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use or access our Services.
Section 1 — Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to access the Services, create an account, or place an order. By using the Site or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Shipping and Service Area. The Services are intended for customers in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or any international address outside the United States. Orders placed for delivery outside these regions may be cancelled at our discretion.
Section 2 — Account and Order Information
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials (if you create one), and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing, shipping, and payment information for every order.
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unusual order patterns. Your order is not accepted until we confirm it (typically via a shipping/order confirmation email).
Section 3 — Our Products
We make every effort to accurately describe our products. However:
- Product colors, packaging, and appearance may vary slightly from what's shown on our site due to screen settings, batch variation, or manufacturing updates.
- Product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice.
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities purchased per person or household.
Purchases are for your own personal or household use only, not for commercial resale.
Section 4 — Pricing and Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice, but the price charged for your order will be the price in effect at the time you place it, as shown on your order confirmation. Posted prices do not include applicable taxes or shipping unless stated otherwise.
By placing an order, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount due. You represent that any payment information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Pricing errors. If a pricing error appears on our site due to a technical glitch or typo, we are not obligated to honor the incorrect price — even if an order has already been placed. If this happens, we'll contact you to confirm the correct price or cancel and fully refund the order.
Section 5 — Shipping, Title, and Risk of Loss
We ship only within the regions described in Section 1. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control.
Once we hand a product off to the shipping carrier, risk of loss for that product passes to you. That said, in cases of genuinely lost-in-transit packages, we'll work with you in good faith to investigate, replace, or refund the item — see our Refund Policy for full details.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for non-delivery or delay caused by an incorrect or incomplete address you provided.
Section 6 — Refunds and Returns
All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it before purchasing.
Section 7 — Chargebacks
If you believe a charge from us is incorrect, please contact us first at support@gettruerituals.com so we can try to resolve it directly — this is almost always faster than a chargeback. If you initiate a chargeback for a charge we believe is valid, we may dispute it with your card issuer and, where appropriate, decline future orders from you.
Section 8 — No Medical Advice; FDA Disclaimer
The information on our site and in our product descriptions is for general informational purposes only and is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for the advice of a qualified healthcare provider.
These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

TrueRituals is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales you make are made directly with TrueRituals — Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of these sales, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products.
Section 12 — Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any law or regulation;
- Infringe on our or anyone else's intellectual property rights;
- Harass, abuse, or harm any person;
- Transmit false or misleading information;
- Upload viruses or malicious code;
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Services or place orders;
- Attempt to interfere with or bypass the security of the Services.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we determine you've violated these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
